Another way I like to think about this: publish as much as you can while still enjoying the experience and not adding too much stress. But not so much that your audience is overwhelmed.

Although, generally, even those that publish what some might consider “too much” can make that work by outsourcing, and they may lose some followers but those that remain will be more engaged.

I guess we could say, like the answer to most questions - “it depends”
