Customers always seem to want new things.

And if you’re like me, you always want to give it to them.

It’s part of good customer service, and we know that great customer service drives referral marketing.

However, chances are you have some degree of limited resources, and you cannot give them everything they want immediately.

Prioritize Features

Which brings us to the important concept of prioritization.

At my current startup, NinjaOutreach, a prospecting and outreach software tool, we are always running into prioritization issues. This is because our product is extremely feature driven and we only have one developer working full-time.

So, with each new customer request, we have to ask ourselves the following five questions to properly rank it among dozens of requests we have.
