Another big "fail whale" is that the company is blogging without a natural voice.

Thank you for sharing. I find many businesses fall into the trap of not knowing who their target audience is.

For example, they are producing content on 'how to become a better writer' or 'tools to become a better writer' when they are looking for authors or businesses that are trying to outsource content creation.
