Adam: Thanks for your comment. Yeah, it is interesting with different domain types. It is funny how Colombia has been a popular for businesses that want to have a .co (like in corporation) site.

Adam: The company is based in the United States of America, I think. But the domain ending, .ly, is related to Libya. It were some stories in the past about the government in this country, closing down sites.

Adam: I will check out Shortby. I am using smart.bio on my Instagram profile, and bio.fm on my Twitter profile. I have used Bit.ly in the past, but I had concerned about the location of the site, .LY = Libya.

Shorby is my go-to tool at the moment, partly because I use it for it's Instagram bio link feature. Aside from that, I quite like Bitly as it's got quite a few features on their free plan.
