Wouldn’t be great if your customers’ attitudes and behaviour didn’t change. No surprises. They just stayed the same, happily buying your products or services and of course never be tempted by competitors. For this to occur you need to keep your knowledge up to date and here are the advantages:

Thank you Sarah for your comment and I must tell you that I look forward to reading Yoni's posts as there is always something to learn from him. I am trying to up the number of posts but as I am definitely not a writer it takes longer for me to write them, edit them and continue to edit them.

Thanks you so much and as I said in reply to Sarah, I always learn from your posts. I am actually learning how to write as my experience has always been business reports etc and reading your posts does help me.
You are the first person to say about the one shot deal and I think you are right, it is just others do not say so.
The more you know about them just like in our personal relationships the better. One thing I did not include was if your customers are B2B then it is a good idea to know about their customers as you get good insights.
