It's a great idea if you're in a position to pull it off, Susan. Lots of people have Nikon cameras or Gibson guitars, but only a small percent need or can afford the top-of-the-line professional models.

Very true Duncan and there is a process for product development that you have to go through that is a little different to developing a service.
