Some marketing tools seem old school. Direct mail, for example, in the age of social media seems an old fashioned and costly way to reach customers. But, as you say, understanding what your customers want is the key. Who are your customers?

Some marketing tools seem old school. Direct mail, for example, in the age of social media seems an old fashioned and costly way to reach customers. But, as you say, understanding what your customers want is the key. Who are your customers? What channels do they respond to? What channels reach them? Answering all these questions is critical instead of just assuming there is a standard way to reach your market.
