Susan, this is a great idea…

I often see business owners who do this process completely backwards. They’ll set up a website, for example, and then add the chat box, FAQ, etc because everyone else seems to have these things. But, they never stop to consider the why behind it all.

By focusing first on the specific, valuable qualities your business has to offer, it becomes much easier to figure out the best ways to express it to your customers. It also helps to ensure that your messages and actions all have a common, central theme.
