According to a press release from Endurance International Group, 15% of very small businesses don't have a logo. Here's why even a business with under five employees should still have a logo for their brand.

Thanks for your feedback, the catalyst for writing this article was actually being surprised by just how many businesses don't have logos. As you are all correct to point out, they should be regarded as a key part of a business's identity.

Yes, I believe that every small business needs a logo. It's a simple and easy way for customers to identify your business and brand.

Couldn't agree more. A business logo is its identity and a way for customers to recognize and remember your business. You need to spend a good amount of time and effort in creating a logo that stands for the values and principles your business delivers.

Your business should have a logotype, representing you as a small business owner and your company. My recommendation is not to think ordinary company logotypes, instead think "small," and on an individual level.

Personally, I have a cartoon with an individual, looking at the skyline and the Statue of Liberty, representing individualism and free market principles.
