Todays customer is far better informed than they have ever been, so much so that they are pretty much primed to buy when they come to your store or your website, but are you meeting them where they're at?

I'm also thinking all this won't help build long term customers either. If you think this is the easy approach, it's not. Building a customer base you value and who value you is by far the best approach.
