Like the word "ninja", the word "guerrilla" caught on and began to get overused. I recall one morning when I put my guerrilla bread in my guerrilla toaster and it came out as guerrilla toast. Alas, I had no guerrilla peanut butter, so I had to settle for a guerrilla slice of cheese.

That morning, I knew something was getting out of hand.

Susan, it is really hard for me to pick a favorite because I don't completely agree with the content in any one book. But, there is a lot of value in each and I have tried to pull that all together into how I approach sales and marketing in the professional services space.

That being said, the most influential book on me was Conceptual Selling because it opened my mind to this concept of taking a consultative approach to the sales process. It is the oldest of all the books, but still relevant in what it teaches.

All the rest of the books have fantastic content, as well. It is up to the reader to take what applies to them and their business/industry and develop the best program for themselves.

Thanks for asking!
