Have you answered the question: why? ;) Simon Sinek has done a great job on explaining the importance of the asking and answering to the "why" question of your business.

Brand belief is superior to the "obligatory" Mission Statement gathering dust in the foyer, and not being practiced. It needs to infiltrate the whole organisation. For a SME owner, self belief and sure belief in their product/service is vital for success and survival.
