I think it's important to look at your marketing and sales historically. In other words, have you traditionally had low sales this time of year? If so, don't freak out. On the other hand, you should also be looking at your sales to see if there has been a steady drop off, no matter how small. If your sales are slowly going down, it is time to worry and something needs to change.
