This is the person that a customer wants to buy from, a real person who lets them know that they care, and they acknowledge us as more of a friend then just a number who puts money in their pocket every time they buy something

Online its a new approach that many businesses need to do, but offline not so much. Many local businesses understand how important it is to be the face of their business. Locally we always buy from our favorite businesses that we trust and know.

Is this really a new way of doing business? Or is this back to thew traditional approach, where we always bought from the grocer we knew, not from a temp cashier?
