Martin, just based on my impression from the outside looking in:

Plus of course some of the larger software providers in the content marketing space itself - I'm thinking of Hubspot and similar.

I could be wrong though :-)

I agree with your statement - which is why in an ideal world and specific tools aside, all customer relationship management should hinge on every employee being trained as a brand advocate and content champion - so the organisation is seen as a truly social business.
