I like the point about loosing control of your brand, because I think this is exactly what it looks like to people on the outside of social media looking in. But social media offers a different language than some other types of marketing, that's all. Add to this the fact that it is entirely possible some brands have already lost control and simply don't know it because they do not have a transparent yardstick (like social media) to give them the bad news. I wonder if you could elaborate on this whole idea of "loosing control" in the comment section of the BizSugar community for the benefit of all our members.
