Hi Susan,

You make an excellent point here. I don't think enough business owners think in terms of how the price they charge impacts the way their business is valued...or the way their brand is perceived.

Thanks Heather. It can really make a difference and often I find businesses think of pricing from their point of view and not customers which can hurt them in lost revenue.
