All good questions. The largest lesson I've learned from marketing is that the same thing rarely works twice.

It can if you do some work before hand to maximize your results. I think the thing I have learned is to always test and look to improve your product, service and communication with customers. Also as humans we change our attitudes and behavior, just take this year for example. People are changing what they buy so as small business owners we must always be alert so we remain relevant to our customers.
