Unlike regular emails, your professional email signature should not just be your name and contact information. While your professional company email signature should include your full name, job title, company name, and other contact information, it should also include any other information that can be used to market yourself or your company. This includes your website(s) and social media account(s). If you have company social media accounts, include them in your signature.
