I've seen so many small businesses adopt a reactive rather than proactive approach to their price setting. Dropping price is not the answer, particularly when you consider that's the exact same approach that your competition are engaging in too. As Fred points out, the key is really examine the business and learn how to diffrenciate. Thanks for sharing, Niall
