As much as you’d love for all of your visitors to leave your site with a purchase in tow, not all customers behave this way.

However, there is a technique for you to get in touch with them again and encourage them to buy your products the next time they set foot (or cursor) in your website again.
This is through retargeting and remarketing.

Interesting info, Erik. I've not tried re-targeting or re-marketing before so I can really know for sure the effectiveness of it, but it seems to have some level of success as I see many other businesses doing it. I've been re-marketed too several times before, but I must admit it is rather annoying, especially if I'm not longer interesting in the product or service. Thanks for sharing your insights with us.

remarketing works well but not for all products..ie. travel online has a very low percentage of conversion with remarketing ads

Hi Teoddy & Erik

I think this is a great write up. Why? I am having issues with some marketing and thus, I think I am going to follow your advise on the retargeting and remarketing part. Voted up and keep it up!
