It is easy to do. You collect things over time. In your personal life the more you collect the more complicated life can be. The same goes for your business. Here are ways to remove the hoarding habit to retain your customers.

Hoarding is really bad for business. It can make a business go down in flames.

Thank you for sharing this to us. It will really help us in the future.

Just keep on posting.

Susan: I agree with that. Thanks for your reply! How are things downunder? Has the small business climate become better?

Hi Martin,

Things are good downunder as it is summer and the sun is shining. Small business climate is okay, however some sectors are still pretty quiet such as retail.

Susan: Have you applied the Pareto Principle (80/20 rule) on the hoarding business habits? I know that I have plenty of work to do i this area.

Hi Martin,

I have used it in the past. We just need to be careful that we look at all factors and not just one or two.
