Great post Susan, I think I've been guilty of at least one or more of these symptoms from time to time. Lately I've learned to relax and just breathe and focus on whats important.

Susan,

Chilling out is definitely a good strategy from time to time. I think the balance is in finding something that works and "letting it ride." I used to paint. I would get the canvas looking pretty good. then I would start adding a bit more paint here...a drop there. Then it was too much in one place. I kept adding. And ruining it. Somethimes you just gotta chill.
