Adam: I wonder how time I should spend on timing my tweets? Or should I start to use a service that is scheduling my tweets? I like the realtime aspect of Twitter.

The best approach would be to use a social media scheduling tool that also has analytics to show you when your tweets get the most engagement.

With this approach, you could schedule some content in advance, and then continue with other manual publishing as normal. Doing both would get you more data. Then, you can check your analytics every so often to see when you're getting the most engagement.
