An urban location is a local hometown for those that live there. Living and buying local happens in the suburbs and in cities. It's all about making where ever we live vibrant and self-sustaining so that our quality of life improves and we make less of a damaging imprint on the environment by reducing travel for work, products, food, etc.

Living in the local hometown is much better than in the cities. Not so polluted and a lot of fresh products. And if trying to built a business their using raw materials available to market,definitely there is a good outcome. Or importing from other places a product that is in demand and needs of the local community is an good idea too. I rather live in the local places than in urban.
