I’m sure you have noticed the customer has gained more and more power each day in how they influence our businesses. The customer’s voice has never had more of an impact than now! With a renewed energy through the tools the Internet provides, it’s not too far of a stretch to think only a handful of customers can either make or break your business. In years past it was easy for a business to turn their back and think, “hey, what can that one customer or ten for that matter do, if they were dissatisfied.” Now we speed ahead to today at which they can voice their likes and dislikes to thousands of your potential customers. We need to be aware that putting the customer first is important because they now control more of your business than ever before and this trend is only going to continue!
