Those are some great strategies, thnx for sharing. Another good strategy for local businesses is to collect people's phone numbers and emails (they can use a physical book) and send both SMS & email whenever they have a sale or send special discounts. This helps build trust and a long term relationship with customers!

I think people are still reluctant to give away their phone number, but email marketing still works.
