Yes- that's too bad: There are logo designers offering affordable services out there on the web :) DIY is not always a good idea...

Many of my logotypes and blog banners have been an investment of a couple of hundred dollars for each project. What I like with my editorial "cartoonish" styled blog banners, is that they are very unique and personalized.
