Last week, I read an interesting blog post on the Hubspot Agency blog about the advantages of partnering with another agency when you are starting out and going for growth. The focus was how such a collaboration could mean:
lower costs of winning work
less pitching
work with people who know what they are doing
work with more sophisticated clients faster
In theory, all of the above are true. Certainly for my web designer it works well. Our process usually goes like this:
