We need to get back to basics and do our job, away from the arts and crafts ‘making it look pretty’ perception nonsense that plagues marketers wherever they’re to be found.

Consumers are inherently selfish, so unless your brand provides a solution to their needs, they will not buy. Interesting post. I appreciate what you wrote about selling cheap is for marketers who have run out of ideas. Solid advice.
