April: Thanks so much for the examples! Could I talk with you about a specific issue on how to embrace e-commerce? I am involved in a new startup, online venture, that will sell a clothing product with a twist. The challenge is to create a simple order process for the individual and we wonder how we should get around this issue. Do we have to hire a programmer that will create this special order "plugin," or could we create an atmosphere of having a natural back-and-forth conversation / order process with the customer?

I am getting hungry for marshmallows now! :p

I think the most interesting companies are the small ones that are making really smart and successful forays into selling online, without the presence of a huge budget or corporate marketing team. I like April Atwood's "Bonus Reason: It’s easier than you think"! ;) I started my own ecommerce shops within 1 hour. I opened a shop at Meylah and Tictail. I recently attend an event with the title, "tomorrow's e-commerce," and it is fascinating how online business has developed in the recent years, and we will see an explosion of business with mobile devices.
