3 Myths of Capitalism

With so many people blaming the economic meltdown of 2008 on capitalism, I just had to share the following video by Harvard economist, Jeff Miron. I get so frustrated by the claims that capitalism has failed us, and Dr. Miron does a great job refuting these claims.

Fred, this is why I think Baseball's got it right - in a Capitalistic country, if an owner wants to spend more to get better players, let him - it's the American way.

This "we should have completely equal spending so anyone/any city can win bit" (please read that in a high, whiny, nasal voice) is fine for Communist countries, but it's not our way.
