Unless you've been living under a rock you've no doubt heard about people lining up out the door and down the street at the Dominique Ansel Bakery in New York City's trendy SoHo neighborhood to get one of Ansel's Cronuts, a half-croissant, half-doughnut pastry

Mmm sounds yummy! I like the flaky texture of croissants and the chewy character of donut. I wonder how the combo will taste and if it is good together with tea. I have to visit the place when I am in the Big Apple.

I figured out already how it is made but it is still need an improvement. Maybe it is requires a very good vegetable oil to fry a delicious cronut. It's fun in making a design on its toppings. :)

Wow, It looks delicious. Thinking of the texture of croissant and softness of doughnut, makes me bite.

I am far away from that place but I'll gonna have some experiment how to make that one.
