Love! Ireland! Christmas! Now what?

My emotional state has undergone one hell of a metamorphosis this year. In my personal life, I was blessed to fall madly in love and experience the wonderful emotional roller coaster that comes with the territory. However the backdrop to my love story was that of a tumbling stuttering country. In this regard my emotions were sent in the other direction completely.

Interesting thoughts, Niall! In the US we went through a phase of being an international soap opera with Watergate. I felt the whole world was laughing at how stupid we (especially our Gubmen) were. From the other side now, I bristle when I see headlines that disparage Ireland. All I can say is try to cheer up - it'll get better. And congratulations on meeting the love of your life!
