Sleep or lack of it has a fundamental effect on our health, a good sleep reflects performance, does the amount of sleep we get directly relate to our success? We need sleep to regenerate our cells and recharge our brains, so in a word yes.

Headspace is a pretty cool app, if we're talking about ways to recover your mind. EDIT: Woops that was meant as a reply for Lyceum.

Will: Thanks for your reply. I have tested Headspace in the past. Have you tested HeadAndNow?

Sharon: Have you tested the app, HearAndNow? It is great for meditation as a breathing exercise. I am struggling with my new routine, but it will be put in place over time... ;)

Awesome compilation. I don't really get much sleep as my entrepreneurial brain stays wired lol.

Have you tried meditating? Meditation is a useful way of 'quietening' the mind.

I am glad to see Anita Campbell included in the list. Taking a bike run could give energy. One of my best friends, is an avid bicyclist (racer bike).

Sharon: How do you sleep? I want to go to bed earlier, so I can go up earlier and do a special morning routine with a walk, listening to podcasts and a personal development session. I then will have time and energy for writing on my first forthcoming book on tea for about 1 hour, and then starting with my regular job tasks. In order to do this, I have to go bed around 10 PM and go up at 5 AM. I will do a nap after the morning routine or during the afternoon / evening.

I find that regular physical exercise helps, along with meditation - it's useful to incorporate meditation while I'm in bed: I find that this helps to 'quieten' the mind and is very relaxing....Your current routine sounds effective.
