Imagine life without the internet. Where would we be?
For many, the internet is so vital that we simply can’t live without it.
In 2016, the United Nations passed a resolution declaring internet access as a basic human right.
Where would we be without the internet?

Have you read about Mark Cuban's thoughts on net neutrality?
Your free will is demonstrated by writing your comment.
I agree that we should be objective in how we view and use this powerful tool!

No, I haven't read up on Mark Gowan's perspective on net neutrality.
I'll be sure to check that out.

Internet is a great tool (kit). It is like a virtual encyclopedia. The good thing is that you could turn off the devices hooked up to the net, and open a physical encyclopedia, if you want. You have free will. And yes, I have read and I am reading long philosophical texts.

I agree, but now with the issues of net neutrality and internet censorship, this virtual encyclopaedia will become increasingly biased and could soon mainly reflect only the propaganda and interests of large governments and corporations.
As far as free will goes, I genuinely believe social media has manipulated many into losing their own sense of free will and replaced it with a perceived need for ongoing recognition and acceptance.
Of course these topics have already been widely discussed and obviously the internet is an amazing tool in so many other ways. We wouldn’t be communicating right now without the internet.
I think we just need to be objective in how we view and use this powerful tool.
