Hi Matt. Great article and interesting numbers. Puts a whole new spin on search engine marketing for small and medium businesses. Could be that is just as much about promoting your business to the top of the search rankings as it is about keeping a negative review or comment posted on a forum or business directory off the top of the rankings.

Couldn't be anything much worse for a business than having a negative comment appear at or close to the top of the search rankings for your business name or brand. What an online business killer that could prove to be.
