Hi Martin,

I included a food blogging reference since it's not obvious to start a food blog in this already crowded niche. As you will read, the author suggests to sub-niche, or sub-sub-niche. Tea seems a good idea, interest over time is stable, going up by the end of 2017. See Google trends: https://trends.google.com/trends/explore?q=tea
