Good Points! There is an exception - diversity, where an employer hires people from various backgrounds & nationalities based on aptitude regardless of incorrect grammar. I worked at a hospital that embraced diversity - they did quite well making people feel comfortable about themselves. There was no tyranny of grammar threatening them.
