I agree with BizRock, Robert. Great overview. I suppose the overall message here is that out of all the Websites on the Internet, you must be sure yours sticks out. Otherwise don't expect any visitors or any business to be developed through that channel. A Website that doesn't stand out is a waste of time and energy for all concerned.

That's exactly right Heather. There is so much competition that you have to stand out and quickly show your visitors that you have something of value that will benefit them before they hit "back" and search for someone else
