The related keywords advice is good. Take it one step further, though. If your keyword is "Florida real estate", make sure to use other words that you would expect to find in such an article, such as "homes", "house", "property", etc.

You might ask why this is valuable. So consider how the search engines can tell the difference between a quality article and a keyword-stuffed article (spam). The easy was is to see if the natural partners of the keyword are there. An article that has "real estate" showing up 15 times and "house" not even once is a pretty clear sign of spam.
