Kelly, I think it's doing it at your desk that's the worst offender.

For instance, I like to drink my coffee in bed and check email on my phone while waking up. As long as I know I can spent X minutes doing that, then get to work, it's usually ok.

Except... when I get an email that then becomes an emergency. Which can suck me away from money tasks. That's a problem.

Ok.. I'm willing to give this a SOLID GO. Starting Monday, I'm going to stay away from Email & Social Media for the first 90 minutes of my 'work day' and focus on immediately diving into a money task.

This has been haunting me... I LIKE starting my day with email and Facebook. Sorta like reading the newspaper in the morning in the old days?

But I get it - it's not the best use of my fresh mind!
