Wouldn't it be cool if business owners got to draft people like the NFL does? Here's why a content marketing specialist needs to be the first pick for ANY business.

Hi Nicole,

I totally agree with your perspective here. I think that a content professional is truly one of the major players for any business, especially if the company is aiming to build a highly visible brand presence online.

Quality content is the driving force behind most major marketing campaigns so if you don't have a solid foundation in that department, everything else stands to suffer as well.

I appreciate you bringing this point to light and sharing your thoughts on this topic. :)

Thanks for chiming in, Ti! Glad you enjoyed it :) You're absolutely right... it all starts with great content!

That's why it baffles me when business owners try to cut corners with their content. They may think they're doing a really great job at saving money, but they're actually losing a whole lot more in the end!

Nicole: You are good at drawing parallels. It is an art not to draw it too far and relate it to real things.

Btw: Which is your favorite team? May I say: Go Pats! ;)

Thanks! That sounds a lot better than saying my brain is overactive ;)

I try my best to root for the Bucs, but they make it difficult at times. Hopefully Lovie Smith can right the ship!

Nicole: I have to create a draft post on American football and content marketing, sometime in the future! ;) Thanks for the food for thought.
