Do you remember your first website? I had created mine to promote my translation services.
The thing that really made me proud? The GIF of a mouse lifting weights right in the middle of the front page.
Well, as it turns out, everyone else thought it was lame. lol

Squarespace is pretty straightforward, but of course it could seem a bit technical at the start. They have great customer service, answering on your questions.

I would say that you could create your own company website with tools like Squarespace. One addition to the site is a nice blog banner / company logotype. I prefer logotypes / blog banner with a personal touch.

I have heard that Squarespace is a great platform, but a little difficult to figure out. Many people are not technical at all. But like you, I prefer a personal touch.
