High competition for mobile audience pushes extremely targeted audiences up in pricing. Experimenting with various cohorts will be a big wave in mobile-tech. Unfortunately big agencies and large brands are rarely equipped for this. One they, pricing will be pushed even higher.

A pretty eye opening fact from this was that the average consumer spends more time per day in apps (198 minutes) than watching television (168). So it's not a question of digital/mobile OR television but instead how to capture BOTH and effectively distribute your resources.

I guess it will be. As internet users are increasing day by day. We are livable more on internet than on TV. It may also vary by industry and also who is decision maker for particular product?
