When you're selling products or services online which do you think is more important - the design of your website or the content? You can have the best looking website in the world but if it has dull and dreary content, people will just admire it for a second and go elsewhere.

Good points all along, but to many people knowing that a company has been in business since 1902 Does mean something - at the very least, they're not a fly-by-night (though if they're failing or very far behind the times the difference is moot).
