Great article you have here, Nicole. Yes, customers should always be your priority. You are in business because of them. And I totally agree when you said that the relationship shouldn't end after they buy or purchase something from you. You must build a strong relationship with your customers and you can do that by engaging with them and connecting with them even after they click the "Buy" button.

Very good advice Nicole. Even though I as a costumers hate spending money into nothing. That is why I prefer most to the dealer who take care of me better. Even if I pay high I'll still as soon as I am well serve.

Thanks! I hate wasting money, too :) Unfortunately, too many business owners out there forget what it's like to be a customer -- and they wind up rubbing people the wrong way. Why not just treat everyone the way you'd like to be treated? Seems simple enough to me! :)
