Of course you are an expert if you have expertise in a certain area! ;) I prefer not to label myself a social media expert, but I don't mind that an author has stated that I am a social media evangelist! ;)

Great post - I was told similar by a friend of mine a few years ago. There are probably every day tasks that everyone takes for granted that another person doesn't know about, but it could help their working life. Only today I came across someone who, if I'd realised what they were doing, I could have saved a few hours of their working day. Thanks for sharing on Bizsugar.com
