The Internet has opened up amazing exposure opportunities for all businesses, however, there is a down-side. In order to keep up with the latest and greatest, we might find ourselves joining and jumping on the bandwagon to keep up with what "everyone else" is doing.

Julie: Yes, I use SlideShare. It was a smart move of LinkedIn to acquire this service.

Here is my page: http://www.slideshare.net/lyceum

I saw that. That's about as far as I got on Kaiku Deck LOL Have it on my agenda to "learn" how to use. Do you also use Slideshare.net? That is a great platform for presentations that is shared a whole lot!

Jule: Thanks for your reply and example of companies and brands using video. You are welcome to highlight some of the companies that you have helped, or if you have written a post on how to create a video for a small business.

Hi Martin. I just posted: http://www.bizsugar.com/OnlineMarketing/the-power-of-video-add-some-pizzazz-to-your-powerpoint-presentations-/ here. PowerPoint is an invaluable tool for creating videos. In addition, you can see some of my client videos on my playlist here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL02894F2BFC7CD166

Julie: Thanks for sharing your video on how to be creative, different and be come remembered by using video as a part of your marketing strategy. Could you mention some companies that have been good at this?

Hi Martin, do you mean companies that are good at creating videos or using them? The larger brands like Dove, Home-Depot, Kmart, and many others use video very successfully. Many smaller businesses haven't actually started using video yet for various reasons. Maybe they don't know how or they think it is too expensive, when in actuality it doesn't have to be either. As far as companies who create videos for others...mine does :)
