Sarah: Thanks for writing get-started guide for Google+. If Switzerland is 2-3 years behind the adoption curve, what do you think the rest of Europe is placed?

I am doing something on Google+ almost every day, but it hasn't become the natural flow and a daily routine yet. I wonder why Google hasn't put more effort into teaching Gmail users on how to plug into Google+.
